Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something doesn’t fit quite right, we’ve got you covered.

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
To request an exchange, please contact us via Rahafahmed2002@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you'd like.
Once we receive the returned item from the courier, the size will be exchanged and delivered as soon as possible (based on availability).

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may return the item via courier within 14 days.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed in cash on the same day.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
